Numbering
Numbering of the issues began in 1986. The first issue we have that is numbered is the October 24, 1986 issue printed as Volume 6 Number 2. Numbering was consistent until the October 20, 1988 issue. An error in the volume number was made on three issues in 1988 which should have been volume 8, but were printed as volume 3.
