Abstract
Course syllabus for BLAW 320 Legal Environment of Administration
Course description: Focuses on public law and the organization. Examines the organization's relationship to employees, customers/clients, competitors, governmental bodies, and the public interest. Discusses administrative law policy and procedure in such substantive areas as labor law, consumer protection, antitrust, securities law, and environmental protection.
