Course syllabus for ELED 499/EDEC 499 Student Teaching in Elementary Education/Early Childhood Education

Course description: (ELED 499) Supervised teaching for 15 weeks in a public school under the supervision of a master classroom teacher and a University supervisor. Participation in periodic seminars dealing with classroom-related issues. (EDEC 499) Supervised teaching for 15 weeks (10 weeks in a K-3 setting, 5 weeks in a Pre-K setting), under the supervision of a master classroom teacher and a University supervisor. Participation in periodic seminars dealing with classroom-related issues.
