Abstract
Course syllabus for HLAD 410 Introduction to Long Term Care
Course description: The course provides a basic orientation to the field of long term care. It includes historical development, issues and problems and the impact of current health care policies and programs on the field. Also examined are issues relating to diseases, care, treatment, and rehabilitation of the chronically ill, aged, and disabled.
