Abstract
Course syllabus for HLSC 610W Nutrition
Course description: This teleclass is intended to provide students with a basic understanding of current nutrition issues. Emphasis is placed upon practical information designed to help the viewer to improve his/her nutritional fitness. Contemporary nutrition controversies will be examined including: diet and cancer, weight reduction, and the use of nutrition supplements.
