Abstract
Course syllabus for MCOM 565 Broadcasting in America
Course description: Examines the development, structure, content and influences of the American broadcast and cable industries' programming and technology. Course also affords the student close scrutiny of the economic and social consequences of broadcasting, the role of government regulation and the future of electronic media.
