Course syllabus for MGMT 421 Labor Relations

Course description: This is a lecture-discussion course which introduces the student to the role of management and the role of the union in our society. The development of labor management negotiations and the impact of governmental regulations upon same are reviewed culminating in simulated exercises in grievance handling and arbitration.
