Abstract

Becoming more aware of micro-facial expressions may enhance our personal mindfulness of how we live, work, and breathe. Presenter will utilize findings from Dr. Paul Ekman’s facial expression work to provide simple strategies to increase cultural awareness as you interact with people every day. Audience members will be challenged to incorporate a larger understanding of their own effect on others into the natural diversity of their surroundings.
