Course syllabus for MGMT 423 Compensation and Incentive Systems
Course description: Deals with a wide range of pay theories together with certain precise methods of building compensation scales. Introduces the pay survey and requires development of an individual project. Considers problems of compensation and fringe benefits in times of high inflation. The prerequisite for this course is Management 320.
