Course syllabus for MGMT 855 Leadership Dynamics

Course description: This course is designed to give the students an understanding of the leadership task in modem organizations. It is a skill oriented approach, though the material will be linked to theory. Thus, we will concentrate on application and implementation by combining lectures and readings within class case analyses and group exercises.
