Course syllabus for MGMT 855 Leadership Dynamics

Course description: This course is designed to give the student an understanding of the leadership task in modern organizations. It is a skills oriented approach though the material will be linked to theory. Thus we will concentrate on application and implementation by combine lectures and readings with in class case analysis and group exercises.
