Abstract
On June 2, at 11 a.m. the friends and families of more than 500 graduates will witness their joyful achievement as they earn their degrees from Governors State University. The students who walk across the stage, move the tassel from left to right, and receive their diplomas have good reason to celebrate. They will be earning bachelor’s and master’s degrees in the 47 different programs from the university’s five colleges.
