Abstract
The Southland Area Theatre Ensemble (SLATE) at Governors State University announced that it will produce the hit musical “Into the Woods” as its inaugural production.
“Into the Woods” is the perfect way for us to introduce SLATE to the south suburbs,” said Director J.R. Rose. Rose, a local theatre director, is also an educator and director at Homewood-Flossmoor High School. “The show’s ensemble cast will allow us to draw top community theatre talent from around the area. This will not be one to miss.”
