Abstract
The executive director of the National Association of State Colleges and Universities will speak at Governors State University. Allan W. Ostar of Washington, D.C., will deliver the principal address at the inauguration of Dr. Leo Goodman-Malamuth II as second president of GSU Friday, October 7.
