Course syllabus for CDIS 836 Aphasia Seminar

Course description: This course examines the speech and language characteristics of the acquired neurogenic disorder of aphasia. Symptoms associated with major aphasic syndromes, systems used for classification, assessment issues and procedures, and treatment principles and paradigms will be presented.
