Abstract
Course syllabus for COUN 510 Physical and Sexual Abuse of Children
Course description: This course is designed to provide an overview of the nature of child abuse; the legal and ethical issues involved in definition, identification and treatment; and current theories of causation and treatment. These topics are of particular concern to those individuals working in schools, hospitals, social agencies, and law enforcement settings.
