Abstract
Course syllabus for EDEC 860 Advanced Assessment Techniques for Children with and without Special Needs in Early Childhood
Course description: Studies the history and issues of early childhood assessment. Provides experiences in selecting, administering, and interpreting various assessment techniques and materials for children with and without special needs. Legal and ethical issues of assessment, and the writing of individualized educational programs for young children will be discussed.
