Abstract
Course syllabus for HLAD 855 Health Care Management II
Course description: This is a capstone course designed to facilitate the integration of theory and practice for each student. The course will focus on the integration of various aspects of administration and management including: Identifying needs; diverse organizational structures; service alternatives; electronic delivery; staffing issues; marketing and community relations; leadership; and legal, regulatory and ethical issues.
