Course syllabus for HLAD 837 Health Care Law

Course description: This course focuses on corporate administration and regulatory law significant for the health services manager. Such issues as informed consent, joint ventures, medical staff issues and corporate liability will be addressed. We will also discuss bioethical issues such as the use of human research subjects and death and dying.
