Course syllabus for NURS 410 Principles of Management of Client/Patient Care

Course description: This course is a study of the nurse manager's roles, functions, and responsibilities in professional nursing practice. Selected theories and principles of management are studied. Leadership and management styles are analyzed in relation to their effects on clients, families and co-workers.
