Abstract
The Governors State University Board of Trustees announced today that it has selected Elaine P. Maimon, Chancellor of the University of Alaska Anchorage (UAA), as the university’s next president. Dr. Maimon will succeed Stuart I. Fagan, who will retire at the end of June 2007, after leading the university for the past seven years.
