Course syllabus for NURS 410 Principles of Management of Client/Patient Care

Course description: This course is a study of contemporary theories and principles of management as used in professional nursing practice. A variety of leadership/management styles are analyzed in relation to the needs of organized nursing care systems. Techniques of personnel management are studied in relation to their effects on client/patient care.
