Course syllabus for COMS 850 Organizational Communication, Change, and Development

Course description: Designed to help students analyze the human elements involved in the functioning; of an organization; to better understand the role of a change agent in the planning and application of organizational communication change and development strategies, and to evaluate the present and potential impact of organizational change/development communication applications.
