Chelsea currently serves as the Early Intervention Ombudsman in Illinois and provides technical assistance to system stakeholders to improve results for children and families. Chelsea credits much of what she knows about families and children with developmental differences to her various experiences in the early intervention system. Her central belief in the importance of partnering with families to enhance their competence and confidence in meeting their children's needs guides all of her work. Chelsea holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Kenyon College. She also has a Master of Science degree in Child Development with an Infancy Specialization from Erikson Institute.
