Description

GSU Star allows collaboration and notification between faculty, staff, and academic leadership to support student success and persistence. The last five years of GSU Star have seen its campus use expand from first-year students to all undergraduates. And with that expansion, our findings and understanding of students, their success and challenges, have become more robust. In this session, faculty will learn more about flag workflows – what happens after faculty raise a flag, what GSU Star data has told us about our students and how university offices are responding to that data, and how faculty input on GSU Star continues to improve on and inform our practices. Last, we will discuss forthcoming GSU Star tools that will help further student support toward their degree goals.
