Abstract
In this memo, written after a sequence of national tragedies, President Elaine P. Maimon assures the Governors State University community that GSU remains a safe place. She states that in the weeks and months to come, the university will announce a variety of ways in which community members can share their thoughts and fears and discuss possible solutions.
