Abstract
The Governors State University Athletics program has been accepted for membership in the Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference (CCAC). The CCAC is one of 24 National Association of Intercollegiate Association (NAIA) conferences, with a membership of colleges and universities in Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, and Wisconsin. GSU becomes one of the few public institutions, and the only public institution in the State of Illinois, in CCAC’s portfolio.
