Abstract
Governors State University president Elaine P. Maimon has been awarded the 2014 Chicagoland ATHENA Leadership Award from ATHENA International. President Maimon will receive her award at the 2014 Governors State University Foundation Scholarship Luncheon April 25.
The ATHENA Leadership Award® is presented to a woman or man who is honored for professional excellence, community service and for actively assisting women in their attainment of professional excellence and leadership skills.
