Abstract
Consciousness remains one of the most fundamental mysteries in scientific and philosophical investigation. The topic of consciousness has largely remained ignored and downplayed in the past century. However, with advances in technology and research, the "hard" and "easy" problems of consciousness can be approached. In order to begin a pragmatic excavation of the mysteries of consciousness, theories and conceptual frameworks of consciousness are required. In this presentation, a novel variation of Panpsychism and its implications will be offered, articulated, and defended. The central idea behind this presentation is posits that consciousness is fundamental (i.e. mass, spin, charge, etc.), while attributing aspects of consciousness that can converge with leading theories (i.e. Information Integration Theory, etc.).
