Abstract
The growing number of people who contracted Covid and are now being considered post-acute sequelae of SARS-CoV-2 infection (PASC) or Covid long haulers is alarming. Symptoms include fatigue, dyspnea, cough, chest tightness, difficulty concentrating, headache, and general joint pain. There has been little research in regards to the physical therapy management of this patient population. The purpose of this case report is to provide a framework on treating individuals with PASC in the outpatient physical therapy setting.
