Description of Program
The criminal justice undergraduate senior capstone project explores the similarities and differences across a sample of police departments in Illinois in regards to disciplinary appeals processes and policies. Students explore the literature on the issue, the methodology to their study and what they expect to find from their analysis. Students will also share their experiences collecting this data from police departments. This project is in process, with analysis to be completed by the end of the term.
