Description of Program

The objective of this research is to demonstrate an advanced approach to professional development for our staff members who opt to pursue higher education. Additionally, the aim is to establish internal mentoring programs and refine professional development processes within the HR framework. These initiatives are strategically designed to enhance retention rates, preserve institutional knowledge, and serve as a key recruitment strategy for both internal and external candidates. By investing in these areas, we are positioning our organization for sustained growth and ensuring that our team is equipped to excel professionally.

Abstract

The project will begin in 2024 with ongoing monitoring, utilizing DEI initiatives already established by the executive team . Our organization’s strategy includes recognizing and developing talent from within our ranks - individuals who have invested in themselves by attaining advanced degrees or possessing relevant prior experience. These exceptional team members will be carefully promoted into roles prioritizing increasing awareness and integration. Further, we offer comprehensive mentoring support to ensure these individuals can have an immensely positive impact on marginalized students. They will serve as an anchor, leading students toward educational aspirations and ultimate success. This initiative promises nothing less than transformational success for all involved - propelling us toward an era of equity, opportunity, and achievement for years to come.
