Abstract

The purpose of the study was to gain a better understanding of the impact of organizational culture on academic advisors. Specifically, this study explored organizational culture, job satisfaction and employee performance. Academic advising plays a vital role in higher education institutions, contributing to student success and retention. Understanding the impact of organizational culture on advisors can help institutions create supportive environments that enhance job satisfaction and improve employee performance. This study identified influencing factors to bridge the gap in organizational culture, job satisfaction and employee performance to create better outcomes for academic advisors and the students they serve.
