10th Annual GovState Research Days
Relational Teaching in the Age of AI
Thursday and Friday, April 9 - 10, 2026
GovState Research Days is our annual campus-wide celebration of scholarship and creative work. The event highlights:
• Faculty research and creative activities
• Faculty–student research and creative collaborations
• Outstanding student research and creative projects
The purpose of Research Days is to stimulate disciplinary and interdisciplinary research, engage students in scholarly inquiry, and elevate the visibility of GovState faculty as researchers.
The theme for the 2026 conference is “Relational Teaching in the Age of AI.” Submissions are welcome on all aspects of student, faculty, and staff research. We are especially interested in presentations that address the event theme of relational teaching in the age of AI, which complements our pre-Research Days symposium on April 8, focusing on the topic of relational teaching.
This year’s event will feature live presentations and poster sessions on Thursday and Friday, April 9 - 10, 2026, along with prerecorded, on-demand sessions available starting April 9, 2026.
