Abstract
Course syllabus for ART 530 Asian Art and Thought: India and India Influenced Asia
Course description: Art objects from the Far East or Indian Asia are selected for lectures, oral reports and group discussion. The object's relation to specific contexts of human behavior is examined as well as the ramifications of style in noting uniqueness and commonality. May be repeated for up to six hours under different subheadings.
