Course description: This science course, which is for nonscience majors,considers the biological basis of human genetics by emphasizing Mendelian, polygenic, and sex-linked inheritance, chromosome aberrations, mitosis and meiosis, mutations, inheritance disorders, genetic engineering, genetic counseling, and DNA structure and functions.
