Course syllabus for BLAW 320SA Legal Environment of Administration
Course description: Focuses on public law and the organization. Examines the organization's relationship to employees, customers/clients, competitors, governmental bodies, and the public interest. Discusses administrative law policy and procedures in such substantive areas as labor-law, consumer protection, antitrust, securities law, and environmental protection.
