Abstract
Course syllabus for BLAW 320A Legal Environment of Administration
Course description: Focuses on public law and the organization. Examines the organization's relationship to employees, customers/clients, competitors, governmental bodies, and the public interest. Discusses administrative law policy and procedure in such substantive areas as employment law, labor-management relations, consumer protection and environmental protection. Examines the American legal system and surveys selected private law topics including contracts, torts, agency and business organizations.
