Abstract
Course syllabus for BLAW 325A Business Law I
Course description: An introduction to the American legal system followed by study of the following substantive areas of law: contracts, personal property, bailments, sales, agency. The principles discussed are applicable to personal as well as business use, and non-business students wanting to become more knowledgeable "consumers of law" are encouraged to enroll.
