Abstract
Course syllabus for CPSC 342/EDCP 645 Introduction to C++
Course description: Introduces a disciplined approach to problem-solving and algorithm development in the structured, high-level language C++. Introduces procedural abstraction, control structures: sequence, selection, and repetition, data abstraction, arrays, records, and files. Emphasizes program design, testing, and documentation using good programming style. Prerequisites: Students are expected to have completed the equivalent of college algebra. Completion of at least one programming course in a high level language is recommended.
