Abstract

Course syllabus for CPSC 305 Introduction to Computer Technology

Course description: The purpose of this course is to introduce the fundamental concepts that cover computer hardware and software. The use of personal computers continues to increase and the personal computer industry has moved rapidly towards established windows as the user interface, and is thought of as the operating environment for both now and the future. The Internet, and several Microsoft window-based applications software, known as Microsoft Office, are covered, so that students will have the skills to use in industry and for their immediate use.
