Abstract
Course syllabus for ECON 435 Comparative Economic Systems
Course description: Comparative Economic Systems studies the organization, operation and performance of economic systems both in theory and in practice. It deals with alternative methods of determining what goods are to be produced, the allocation of resources to produce them, and the distribution of the resulting income. Focus will be on the economic systems of the U.S., Great Britain, and the former U.S.S.R.
