Abstract
Course syllabi for EDAD 732VA Schools and Society
Course description: Schools and Society is a graduate-level television course which will help potential school administrators come to grips with some of the major societal issues confronting our schools such as the growing impact of gang involvement, teenage pregnancy, and drugs and alcohol on our school-age population. The course will consider alternatives designed to increase community support for schools and to reduce the number of students leaving high school lacking critical salable skills.
