Course syllabus for FIN 301A Principles of Financial Management
Course description: FIN 301, Principles of Financial Management is a survey course of financial management issues emphasizing planning, control, and decision making. Specific topics covered include analysis of financial statements, time value of money and discounted cash flow analysis, principles of asset valuation, overview of risk management, capital structure of a firm, and issues in asset pricing (capital asset pricing model, forward and futures pricing, and option pricing).
