Course syllabus for FIN 455 Financial Markets and Institutions
Course description: This course focuses on both the financial system and its important players. Topics include operation of the securities markets, determination of interest rates, characteristics of important financial instruments, portfolio policies of financial institutions, and the effect of government's regulation on the financial system.
