Abstract
Course syllabus for GEOG 405 World Regional Geography
Course description: This teleclass, produced by PBS and Annenberg/CPB features an examination of 11 realms of the world plus the numerous regions within each realm. Each realm and the regions therein are examined from a variety of geographic perspectives including the physical environment, political features, cultural geography, historical context, and economic geography. It also provides an examination of the many geographic forces at work in shaping the complex features of the world's civilization and environments and insights into a range of global geographic issues.
