Course syllabus for HLAD 401 Health Care Organizational Behavior
Course description: Analyzes the behavior of people in health care organizations. Discusses organizational motivation, leadership, group behavior, communication, and decision making for profit and non-profit health care organizations. Discusses the similarities and differences in various types of health care organizations.
