Abstract
Course syllabus for HLAD 340 Medical Sociology
Course description: This course applies sociological knowledge, concepts, and methodologies to health care processes for the purpose of enhancing the understanding of health administrators on the dynamics of interaction between patients and providers. In doing so, the course overviews the diverse field of medical sociology from a theoretical and an applied perspective.
