Abstract
Course syllabus for HLAD 745 Organization Theories in Health Administration
Course description: The student will be exposed to organizational theories and behavior relevant and unique to effective administration of health care institutions. Organization is viewed as an open system which requires constant interaction with the environment. The course will examine the relationships of input/structure, throughputs, outputs and external environments.
