Abstract
Course syllabus for HLSC 305VA Living with Health
Course description: A contemporary look at critical health issues facing today's society. This course examines drug usage, the effects of emotion on health, the safety of food, genetic counseling and the rising costs of health care. The startling number of technological advances is also contrasted with the surprising number of health problems that still exist.
